Donna no video light no flash!!! I only used a little flash for the formals. My great friend Rich that second shot for me used flash here and there I did not just wanted to be more creative and use the lighting around me. By the way that shot of the getting ready was in front of open window 10 feet back 200 iso 50mm 1.4 wide open.goodtimes........

Look forward to the next installments and Campo is now on my destination wish list.

Rich nice close up. !

Great stuff Ray and thanks again or showing the happiness and expression in this set of images.

Ray,

It looks like it was a sweet wedding! I love shots 3-5. They show a ton of emotion and really draw you in. Have fun in NYC and say hello to Mike for me. Take Care, I'll be thinking of sunny Miami as we are supposed to be getting hit with snow tomorrow.

Just wanted to stop by and comment on the whole week end (I was a guest of wedding) Pics look great, cant wait to see them all.
Have to comment on Ray and Rich, been to a lot of events with pro photographers and being interested in photography I always ask a little, the best reply you ever get is the type of camera they have. Ray and Rich were super cool and more then happy to talk about their set up. Best part was they were very proud of their work and would show us the shots they got on camera LCD... very cool.
We all had a great time, keep up the good work!

I'll definitely keep that in mind. I use flash all the time but never on camera, I have assistants. Even on a bright sunny day, flash is your friend unless you like raccoon eyes ;)

Hello Ray...first off great work!

Second, on the fist dance pic you mention that you had no off camera flash...what is in the top left of the picture. Also, to the right of the grooms neck there is some sort of off camera flash on a light stand...please explain.

Mike thanks for the heads up... When I say i didn't use flash I did not use flash. 1 the light on the right side is some lighting stuff not flash that the video people put up... 2 the light on the top left side is a flare of one of the four lights on the stage. Thanks for dropping by :)

Awesome shots!

...and that D3 is looking nice. I'm a Canon guy and that last image that you were stoked on being a 400iso Nikon shot looks kinda like a 1600iso Canon Mark III shot.

Might want to check that out. ;)

Keep rocking!
